  • Don't interact with us if your sole purpose is to fakeclaim us as we already struggle a lot with this on our own. Everyone experiences DID differently and in no way do we mean to harm or invalidate anyone. We already face a lot of confusion when it comes to making sense of ourselfs and this world, you fakeclaiming us isn't going to help with that.

  • Don't interact with us if you won't take our triggers seriously. Refusing to do so can be really stressful for us. Every alter has their own set of triggers, please respect these if we decide to share them with you.

  • Don't interact with us if you think DID is equal to roleplaying or a person who kins, especially when it comes to fictives in our system. Fictional introjects may be based off fictional characters but that doesn't make them any less real. Please treat them like you would treat any other person and not some kind of celebrity. Don't reality check on us either as this can be very harmful. We also use ''we'' when it comes to our system and ''I'' when it speaking about ourselfs.

  • Don't tell our fictives they aren't the real version of the character if they don't 100% act like how you want or how they would act in their source. Fictives are their own person and have their own experiences. Not all fictives need to resonate with their source.

  • Don't interact with us if you're going to shame or judge us for acting a certain way. Most of us have trouble with communication due to the body being autistic. If you have issues, please tell us directly what is wrong instead of leaving us clueless and hating us for not knowing what we did wrong.

  • Don't ask us about our trauma or diagnosis, this is none of your buisness and we don't need to prove anything to anyone. If we do decide to share things, please treat this information with care and don't misuse it.

  • Our littles are actual childeren, please treat them like this.

  • Don't tell other people we are a system unless we stated you could. Some people will not always reply positive as DID is a very stigmatized disorder.

  • This one kinda speaks for itself, but don't interact if you're a h0mophobe, r@cist, p3dophile or tr@nsphobe. We do not tolerate this.
